Saturday night/Sunday morning - 15 miles in 2:32 (10:08/mile)
This run started around 10pm. It was not fun. Brought my total for the week to 47 miles.
Tuesday afternoon - 5.5 in 50:00 (9:05/mile)
Wednesday afternoon 6 miles in 58:00 (9:40/mile)
